葱油鹅肝: Goose Liver with Scallion and Chili Oil
解析: Goose Liver (主料) + with(介词)+ Scallion and Chili Oil (汁酱)
葱姜油淋鸡: Chicken with Ginger and Scallion Oil
解析:Chicken(主料)+with(介词)+ Ginger and Scallion Oil(汁酱)
茄汁牛柳: Beef Filet with Tomato Sauce
解析:Beef Filet(主料) +with(介词) + Tomato Sauce(汁)

1. 在菜名中,如果汤汁很多,主料有部分浸泡在汤汁中,则使用in进行连接;
如:
1)红酒汁浸排骨:Spare Ribs in Red Wine Sauce
2)香橙炖官燕: Braised Bird's Nest in Orange Sauce
2. 在菜名中,如果汤汁或者蘸料与主料是分开的,或者是后浇于主菜上,则用with连接。
1)香辣猪扒: Grilled Pork with Spicy Sauce
2)蜜汁火方: Steamed Ham with Honey
